Meet the Friends of the Family Fish, Sparticus.   This video was featured on the IZZY SHOW a closed circuit TV show for hospitalized children at UCSF Children’s Hospital.  The theme of the show was: What’s your talent!  The hoop is made out of electroluminescent wire, and no, he has no contact with the electricity.  The fish is controlled using operant conditioning techniques only--oh and a little petting too.  Enjoy!
